We are currently looking for a Lead Hand Installer to join our team.

The Lead hand Installer is responsible for installing Heating and Cooling systems to company and provincial code standards, while providing excellent customer service.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demolition & installation of new Heating and Air Conditioning systems and related accessories according to company, safety, and manufacturer’s specifications as well as code requirements.

Ensure complete protection of customer’s property during installation or service of product

Remove all old equipment from customer’s home and cleans up all areas utilized for the new installation

Maintain the highest level of customer service while performing installation and other job duties

Maintaining the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions

Must be able to routinely complete any required paperwork and debrief on specific job details

Exhibit leadership skills to direct and monitor the work of a helper

Ability to, on occasion, lift 50-100 lbs. & work in confined spaces, attics & basements

Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, stretch, twist, reach and climb

Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Keep track of equipment, material, tools and parts for specific jobs and company truck

Performs other duties as assigned
