Wage range is 70-85k.

Job Duties:

• As new jobs arrive, assess the type of quote required, the client and the closing date of the tender, and determine prioritization of the quote
• Study work orders, diagrams, specification, drawings and blueprints to understand the scope of work to be bid
• Responsible for managing all RFI and VPO throughout the estimate and until completion of the project
• Write an accurate scope of work for each project assigned
• Complete/submit all required quotes or request for information in a timely manner
• Manage and update all files and assigned accounts to ensure accuracy
• Manage and review P. O’s for accuracy 
• Ensure all reasonable steps are taken in order to achieve workplace harmony
• Maintain sound and cooperative working relationships with existing customers
• Actively promote the organization & services offered by the company within the industry

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Plumbing experience required
• 3 years related estimating experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specification
• Ability to work independently and with minimal structure while exercising great judgment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
